Tonya Thompson, Director of Florence Unified School District’s Project Bridge, reported over 250 shoes were collected from Banner Ironwood employees in six departments for families in need in the Florence Unified School District. For about a month, from June to July, Banner Ironwood employees were encouraged to collect shoes for kids in various sizes, elementary to high school.
